The candidate's responsibilities will include:

  • Designing original and comprehensive communication and campaigns.
  • Support Apparel design team with branding and graphic design.

  • Creating print collateral across brand needs, including product-related, training, internal communications.
  • Art direction and styling.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Must be proficient in adobe illustrator, indesign, photoshop.
  • Must be a concept driven thinker / designer. Should be able to show concept and then application in design.
  • Must have a strong hold on print and digital layouts / typography and compositions for communication across these mediums.
  • Should be able to illustrate in illustrator and be able to produce clean vector files.
  • Must know how to prepare artworks for print and digital publishing ( dielines / crop marks / scaling images for web etc.)
  • Must have some experience in digital campaigns / collaterals as well as packaging design.
  • Working knowledge of premier pro / after effects / xd and dimension is a plus.

The Creative Manager is responsible for planning our marketing strategy and coordinating between the different teams (merchandising, creative, apparel, digital marketing) to make sure it is aligned and executed across different media at the same time. These media can be SEO, digital marketing/ads, instagram, newsletters, in store activations, events, VM, seeding etc. The Creative Manager is also responsible for creating and keeping the yearly calendar with all major releases, apparel drops, festivals and holidays and making sure VegNonVeg consistently talks about all the brands it carries.
The Creative Manager is the hub who connects all the touchpoints and consolidates information between departments into a structured and consistent strategy and execution.

The candidate's responsibilities will include:
